I got the day off today because the gym is closed for renovations (((woohoo)))) which means I got to sleep in! To me "sleeping in" is around 7:45 lol.
Eats:
Last night for din din I had 1/2 cup of Brown Rice with 1/2 cup of Black Beans mixed with Onions, Peppers, and Sweet Potato. I guess the SP blended into the beans because I could barely find and pieces. Ohhh before AND after dinner I had 2 tbps of Peanut Butter oops...
Today for Breakfast I had 2 Kashi Strawberry Waffles with lite Syrup and topped with chopped Strawberries and my usual coffee . For Lunch I made a yummy Pizza made with a WW Pita, Part Skim Mozzarella, and Ragu Sauce and I paired it with a Smoothie (Strawberries and 2 scoops of Light Muscle Milk).
Workouts:
Last night I did 10 mins of warmup and 45 mins of abs and burned 288 Calories. This morning I did the Warmup, Cardio, Lower Body, Core, Upper Body, and Cool Down of my Women's Health DVD and burned 564 Calories.
I have to start cleaning soon, my dog has a in-house grooming session this evening =) yup he is very spoiled! I even brought candles to relax him ha...
