Sunny Saturday!

This morning I woke up and saw something familiar...I have not seen in it in a while and at first I was confused but there it was...The SUN! Oh how I missed it =)

I did not post meals ayer because it seemed a tad inappropriate with all that occurred so I have a lot to post lol...I will try to make it fast.

Ayer for Breakfast I had Cocoa Puffs Milk and Cereal Bar (omg this bar is so fricking good!) and my usual coffee (iced). For lunch I had WW Pasta with Spinach and Mushrooms in Vodka sauce. After work I met my sister and niece and we went grocery shopping. We grabbed a quick dinner at Taco Bell: I had a Steak Burrito with a side of Guacamole.  Ayer was lil lady's last day of school so I wanted to make something special which was S'Mores!!!! I ended up having two.

Today Bfast was a repeat from ayer. For Lunch I made a Pizza on a WW Pita with Part Skim Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Onions, Peppers, and Ragu Sauce and then snacked on Jello Pudding with chopped Strawberries.

Friday morning I did level one of 30 Day Shred and burned 225 Calories.  Friday night I did 45 minutes of Cardio and Abs and burned 317 Calories.  This morning I did Jillian's Kickboxing DVD and burned 225 Calories and in the afternoon I did the circuit at the gym for 35 minutes and burned 305 calories.
