My morning workout almost got derailed due to lack of sleep; I was up most of the night with my dog because he had a really bad cough and when he finally felt better, the thunder started around 3ish and that kept us up. But I did crawl out of bed at 6:40am and did Turbo Jam Cardio Party and burned 385 Calories in 45 minutes =)
Ayer was a day full of treats. Lunch was healthy though lol...I had a Whole Wheat wrap with 4 Grilled Shrimp, Lettuce, Sun dried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, and Mayo Basil Pesto

After Lunch I walked over to Ralph's for Rainbow Cookie Sherbet. The plan was to buy a pint so I could eat 1/2 cup every day, that WAS the plan but well you know that girl who can have a treat and then just stop; I am not her! I was sitting here at work watching my Soap Opera and basically ate the whole thing...(later on you will see what happens)


After work I went to my mothers for din din. No one felt like cooking so my mom picked up KFC and a TREAT! I had a Grilled Chicken Breast with Cole slaw, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, and a Biscuit

Here is the TREAT! yup MORE RAINBOW SHERBET! she picked it up at another place hahahaha (Great minds think alike)

I just had to have more and I feel no guilt!
And more treats....
My mom has a huge box of candy that was left over from my nieces party so I had about 6 pieces of snack size chocolate bars.

I blame ALL this snacking on PMS lol...yeah yeah PMS, it has nooooooooothing to do with MY self control lol...I'll keep telling myself that lol.
After I finally got home, I did 10 mins Warmup, and 30 mins of back and abs and burned 250 Calories.
This morning after my Workout, I had 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk

And I just had Oikos Honey Greek Yogurt, with an orange and my usual coffee. I have not tried the Blueberry one yet but so far the Honey is definitely my favorite.
