I feel so great! Yoga class was amazing today, I did Wheel Pose on one leg!!!!! Yay me...I burned 338 calories in class and since it was raining, I drove there but did 2 Mile Start Walking wkout before heading out and burned 272 calories.

My appetite has been a tad strange these past 2 days. I have not really craved food but just Smoothies lol. For din din I had a Smoothie made with an Orange and 2 scoops of Light Muscle Milk and paired it with a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter. This morning I had 2 scoops of Chocolate Light Muscle Milk after my workout. And for Breakfast I just had a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter, Grapes, and my usual coffee.

I am about to head to my dad's house...he is making another bbq today! My dad loves his grill and I love his Steaks! Lol

  1. smoothies for dinner? I can never do that, I'll miss being able to chew and crunch too much! I'm a huge texture girl when it comes to my food, so I never did enjoy drinks as much.
