Before going to Zumba, I worked out at home for 1 hour and focused on toning including 125 situps and burned 276 Calories in 1 hour. After I was done I made myself a Smoothie with Vanilla Light Muscle Milk and Strawberries for Dinner.

After class I was STARVING! So I enjoyed 2 tbsps of PB while I watched "So you think you can dance" does anyone else watch this? I wish I knew how to dance like that! I swear in my head, I am the best dancer EVER ha

This morning I woke up and did 30 Day Shred Level 3 and 50 situps and burned 249 calories.
Post Workout Snack: I had 1 scoop of Chocolate LMM

For Breakfast I enjoyed a 100 calorie WW Bagel with PB, an orange, and my usual coffee (my picture looks so "dreamy")

Weigh In
I predicted that I would be at least 2-3 lbs UP and I was right, I am up 2.6 lbs which is what I expected.
