30 Day Challenge...

Hey everyone! I hope you all are having a great Day.

I have to make this quick before I go into the tunnel and lose service.  I am on my way to the Brooklyn Bridge with my mom and niece. It is a nice day so we are going to walk over it.

Eats 
Ayer for Lunch I had a WW Wrap with a little bit of Black Beans that I had left over, Home made Guacamole, and Part Skim Mozzarella. For Dinner I had a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with Tuna etc.  And one scoop of Cookies and Cream LMM.  This morning I had a Oikos Honey Yogurt and my usual Coffee for Bfast. 

Workouts
This morning I did 40 minutes of EA Activeand burned 244 Calories and then I did 30 Day Shred Level 1 and burned 216 Calories.

I decided to do the 30 Day Challenge from EA Activehich should be fun...

  1. Walking across the bridge sounds like so much fun! I do that here in some local 5Ks we have but it sure ain't the Brooklyn Bridge ;-) You are doing great with everything girl, keep up the good work.
