Hey everyone!!!!! I hope ya'll are having a wonderful weekend. My weekend has been pretty good so far; it started off with a great baseball game with my family even though the Mets lost. Today I worked at the gym and then went Grocery Shopping with my sis and little lady.
Eats and Workout:
For Lunch ayer I had a Cheese Quesadilla with a side of Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Salsa. For Din Din I had a Corndog at the game and shared some Cotton Candy with my sister. Today for Breakfast I had a Nature Valley Trailmix Bar with my usual Coffee. For Lunch I made a Mexican Pizza which consisted of a toasted Whole Wheat Wrap topped with my usual Black Beans, Avocado slices (I was craving this all day), and shredded Part Skim Mozzarella. I wanted something sweet when I was done so I had chopped Strawberries with FF CoolWhip
I slept in today since I knew I was working at the gym and could workout there and plus my body was still a little sore from running and also from walking in sandals about 10 blocks each way to Citi Field and the car. While I was at the gym I did the Circuit for 55 minutes and stretched for 5 more and burned 528 Calories.
I am about to watch the movie Confessions of a Shopaholic. I am a huge fan of the series and I hope the movie lives up to my expectation. Have a great day!!!!
