Bye Bye 3 Day Weekend...

Wow this weekend flew by =( ...I did a lot of NOTHING this weekend and it was Tony the Tiger "GREAT"! lol

Weekend Eating Highlights
Saturday and Sunday Lunch: Black Bean Burrito (my usual beans) in a WW Wrap with Part Skim Mozzarella

Saturday Dinner: PIZZA made with Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Pepperoni, and Marinara on a WW Wrap

Sunday Dinner: WW Pasta with Marinara and Sauteed Mushrooms

I would love to say that I ate Great all weekend but I can't tell a lie ha....I brought Ice Cream this weekend because it was on sale....HUGE MISTAKE...I found out this weekend that I can not keep Ice Cream in the house...I am not at "that" place yet lol

Eats for Today:
Mini Banana before my morning workout

1 Scoop of LMM After my workout

Breakfast: Kashi Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal with Chopped Strawberries and my usual coffee (Iced)

Sunday: Turbo Jam Cardio Party and Tae Bo Energy (before Jillian came into my life, Billy was my GOD ha) and burned 682 Calories in 90 minutes. This morning I did 30 Shred Level 3 and 1 and Turbo Jam 20 minute workout and burned 636 in 75 minutes.

This morning my watch informed me that I burned 4660 Calories last week in my workouts. Do you know that if I was able to eat right and STOP cheating! I would be at my goal weight by now...I have tried every trick in the book but nothing is working. I sit there and wait 1/2 an hour and see if the urge passes and nothing. I try to reflect on WHY I am doing this, and nothing....I am two seconds away from destroying all the takeout menus in my apt and removing all the phone numbers from my cell phone hahaha. I tried calling into Jillian's show ayer but it was busy for 2 hours lol...
