Bye Bye Vacation...

And just like that, I am back to work! But I do have to say that I did have an amazing week! I created many great memories.

Eats and Workouts:
Last night for Din Din I had Grilled Onions, Peppers, and Mushrooms cooked in Minced Garlic and Chili Bean Sauce topped with Roasted Garlic Hummus and 2 Scoops of LMM on the side.



Before Bed I played with my Wii Fit and burned 221 Calories in 75 minutes. I did some light Cardio, Balance, Strength, and Yoga...I unlocked some more games and I am loving my Wii Fit!

This morning before my workout I had a Banana


It was pretty Muggy and Humid this morning which made my run pretty horrible...I could barely breathe...I had to walk and jog because if I did continuous jogging, I think I would have passed out lol...after my "jog" I did Namaste Yoga for Distance Runners and burned 510 Calories in 1 hour

After my workout I had 1 scoop of LMM



This morning for Breakfast I had a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with 1 TBSP of PB and 2 Chopped Strawberries, and my usual Iced Coffee



Off to go tackle the mountain of papers on my desk....
