Call Me "XENA"

I felt like a Warrior this morning! I woke up bright and early and went for my run! I was hesitant to start running but after about 5 mins of warming up, I went for it...and it felt great! I have to master my breathing though; my HR was up to 100% at some points so I would have to stop every so often and walk. I sound like a HOG when I am running or like Darth Vader lol. I ended up running and walking for 35 minutes and then I did Namaste Yoga for Distance Runners and burned 546 Calories in total.


THANK YOU EVERYONE! YOU LADIES REALLY HELPED ME GET UP THIS MORNING!!!! YOU ARE ALLLLLLLLLLL WARRIOR PRINCESSES IN MY BOOK =)


Eats and Workouts:
Ayer when I got home I did 55 minutes of Back and Ab Toning and burned 221 Calories. For Din Din I had 1/2 cup of my usual Black Beans with leftover Pork Chop



This morning I had a mini Banana before my workout



After my Workout I had 1 scoop of LMM




For Bfast I am having an Orange with Oikos Honey Yogurt and my usual Coffee
