Feel Better Daddy!

Sorry for the late post but it has been nuts since I was last here....

Ayer we had really bad storms and my dad was in a car accident.  A truck rammed into the back of his car, thankfully he has an Nissan Armada and he was not THAT hurt but he did have to stay overnight at the hospital which is where I was all morning/afternoon. I am just happy that my daddy is back home where he belongs.

Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I had a WW Wrap with Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Pimentos, Artichoke Hearts, Grilled Shrimp, and Mayo Basil Pesto on the side.  For Din Din, I made a homemade Quesadilla with Part Skim Mozzarella and a WW Wrap with Guacamole on the side. After Dinner I did EA Active for 35 Minutes and burned 232 Calories. This morning I had a Banana before my workout and 1 scoop of LMM when I was done.  I did Boost Your Metabolism and 75 Situps and burned 484 Calories. For bfast I had a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with 1 tbsp of PB and Chopped Strawberries. For lunch I just had Moo Shu Shrimp with 2 Pancakes...
