Girly Girl....

I used to be a Girly Girl when I was younger but when I gained the weight, I hid behind my clothes and till this day you will usually find me in jeans and a t-shirt. But today I felt like wearing a dress...I work HARD on my body and I am always hiding it under layers of clothes but today I said F THAT lol

Eats and Workouts:
Ayer for Lunch I had a Salad with Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Pimentos, Green Olives, 6 Grilled Shrimp, and Mayo Basil Pesto on the side.


For Din Din I made another Pizza with a WW Wrap, Olives, Peppers. Onions, Mushrooms, Part Skim Mozzarella, and Marinara Sauce


After Din Din I did 25 minutes of Kettlebell, 25 mins of Back and Abs, and 5 mins of Stretch and burned 370 Calories.

This morning I had a mini Banana with a dab of PB before my workout



I did Boost Your Metabolism DVD and burned 471 Calories.

After my workout I had one scoop of Chocolate LMM...I have to go buy some more, this was my last scoop =(...I hope it's on Sale if not I will just use up the Vanilla one.


For Bfast I had Kashi Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal with an Orange and my usual coffee (iced)
