Hey everyone!!!!! I am 29 years young today =) and I feel Grrrrrreat! I woke up around 6:30 and went for a nice long walk/run and came back and did some Stretches, Abs, and Back and burned a total of 696 Calories. Before my workout I had a mini Banana and when I was done I made my yummy Pancakes with LICBINB and lite Syrup and Chopped Strawberries on the side with my usual iced Coffee.
Rest of Eats and Workouts
Ayer for lunch I had Albacore Tuna with diced Onions, Tomato, Mayo, and Lime Juice in a WW Wrap and for dessert I had a chopped Apple with Cinnamon and FF Cool Whip. For Din Din I had a cup of Carrot Soup with 2 Crackers. I also snacked on PB during the day. Later in the evening I did Warmup, Cardio, and Cool Down of my Women's Health DVD and burned 262 Calories.
Birthday Goal
I weighed myself this morning and I was shy .8lbs from my 5lb Birthday Goal but hey I am happy with that. I worked my butt off quite literally ha; I burned over 5000 Calories last week in workouts which I think is pretty impressive =)
