I Can Almost Taste It...

The weekend is almost here! WOOOOHOOOOOO ((((BOUNCING))))) I hope everyone is having a great morning so far =)...I need to make this a quick post because I have so much to do here at work before I take vacation.

Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I had my Usual Black Beans with Sweet Potato, Onions, and Red Peppers with a side of Grapes

After Work I met my friend at the Gym but I almost did not go, my left leg is freaking KILLING ME! I got up from my chair at the end of the day yesterday and I felt this sharp pain near my Hip/Groin. I kept it easy at the Gym and did the Circuit for 30 minutes with 5 mins stretch and burned 322 Calories.

For Din Din I had a pint of Low fat Carrot Soup from the Health Store near my job with 4 Crackers

After Dinner, I had 1 tbsp of PB

Last night I did 2 Episodes of Namaste Yoga; Yoga for Distance Runners and Flexibility of Leg, Back, and Shoulders and burned 146 Calories.

This morning I had a mini Banana before my workout

Then I did 30 Day Shred Level 1, 10 mins of extra cardio, abs, and a looooooooooooooong stretch focusing on my lower body and burned 446 Calories.

After my workout I had one scoop of Vanilla LMM

And for Bfast I just had a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with1 tbsp of PB, Strawberries, and my usual Coffee (iced)

Weigh In
I didn't want to weigh myself today since my Official Goal is to lose 5 lbs by my Birthday which is on Monday but I just HAD to see my progress AND I lost 2.4 lbs! Which Means I need to 2.6 more lbs by Monday "D'OH"
