Insert Title Here...

I could not think of a title for today which shows you just how eventful this post will be ha....

I am sooo tired today, I am not sure if it is because the crappy weather or just lack of alarm went of at 6am and I hit snooze until 645ish...I just wanted to stay in bed lol. Today is a perfect day to play hooky lol

Eats and Workouts

For Din Din ayer, I had left over Moo Shu Shrimp with Pancakes and 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk

Before Bed I played with my Wii Fit for an hour and burned 203 Calories.

This morning I had a Banana before my workout and 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk after I was done.

I was short on time and just did 30 Day Shred Level 3 and burned 239 Calories; I was sweating like a beast even with the AC is super humid out here

For Breakfast I had Oikos Honey Yogurt and Coffee with FF Milk and Splenda
