This morning after my workout I had 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk
And for Breakfast I am eating Strawberries, with Oikos Vanilla Yogurt and my usual coffee
I packed a cup of Spanish Style Black Beans with Sweet Potato, Onions and Peppers for Lunch and Grapes to snack on.
Oh and Last night I did 25 mins of Yoga to relax and burned 101 Calories.
FYI! did you guys know that Jil Jil has a radio show! You can listen to past shows on the net...I have been listening to them all day at work lol
