Now let's get down to business
Eats
Ayer for Lunch I had a salad with Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Green Olives, Pimentos, Grilled Shrimp, and Mayo Basil Pesto on the side.
I was craving Guacamole like crazy ayer but I refused to go buy Mexican Food when I could make my own healthier version at home. I used a WW Wrap, my usual Black Beans, Part Skim Mozzarella, and I made my own Guacamole with a Avocado, Tomato, Onion, minced Garlic, Lime Juice, and little bit of Salt. Everything tasted amazing. This morning I had a mini Banana before my workout and a scoop of LMM after I was done. For Breakfast I had a Nature Valley Trailmix Bar with my usual Coffee (iced).
After I was done with work, I ran over to Tar-Jay and Old Navy to get some few things. The number 1 thing on my list was a Brand New Griddle! Remember I want a lot of Pancakes this week since I can actually eat bfast at home! I am very excited =)...I ended up getting a new griddle and spatula...I refuse to have my Pancakes stick to a pan lol.
By the time I finally got home, I felt like my stomach was eating itself lol. I wanted to put my new griddle to good use so I sauteed some Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms in EVOO and minced Garlic and put it in a WW Wrap with Roasted Garlic Hummus.
Workouts
Last night before bed I put on some Billy Joel and Madonna and danced around my livingroom for 35 Minutes and burned 228 Calories. Before heading to the gym this morning I did Jillian's Kickboxing and Namaste Yoga and burned 336 Calories in 50 Minutes. At the gym I did the Circuit for 40 Minutes and Stretched for 5 minutes and burned 375 Calories.
