Ouch my Shins are killing me...I am sitting here at work with my left leg on a chair with ice on my shin =(. I am not really sure why they are both hurting, I did not really push myself that hard. This morning I felt like sleeping in because my body was so sore but when I turned the Snooze on, this little pesky voice in my head started to nag me lol. Suffice to say I went for a run =). I kept it easy though because my body just was not 100 percent. I would walk one block and jog the next, I kept this up for 35 minutes and then did Namaste Yoga for Distance Runners and burned a total of 474 Calories.
Eats and (other) Workout
Ayer for Lunch I had this AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING Sandwich from Press 195. I think they should change the name of the restaurant to King Midas! Everything they make is delicious. You know something is good when you are hesitant to take that last bite and are sad when you actually do. The sandwich had Grilled Steak, Avocado, Sweet Onion Jam, fresh Mozzarella and Creamy Roasted Pepper Dressing, it's supposed to be on Ciabatta Bread but I had it in a Whole Wheat Wrap.

For Din Din I kept it light and just had a 100 Calorie WW Bagel with PB and a side of sliced Strawberries
I was still a little hungry after Din Din and snacked on some Sweet Potato Food Should Taste Good Chips
Right before bed I did 30 minutes of my Crunch Pilates DVD and burned 191 Calories.
This morning I had a mini Banana before my workout
After my workout I had 1 scoop of Vanilla LMM. I think the Vanilla is great in a Smoothie but I was not too fond of it alone...I need to get my chocolate ASAP!
For Bfast I just had an Orange with Oikos Honey Yogurt and my usual coffee (iced)
