S'Mores, Smog, Snooze, and Shred

Hey Everyone!!!!! I hope ya'll are having a great Saturday =). My morning/afternoon has been pretty busy. I worked at the gym today and then had to run to vet to get Koko's meds and then went grocery shopping.

Eats and Workouts
Ayer after I dropped off my niece, I did 50 minutes of Wii Fit and Wii Sports and burned 240 Calories. For Din Din I made a Pizza with a WW Wrap, Part Skim Mozzarella, Onions, Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Olives, and Marinara sauce. After dinner I had a S'more and then another and then ate More Chocolate and More Marshmallows. I knew I consumed too many calories so I did 30 Day Shred Level 3 before bed and burned 261 Calories. According to my calculations; I consumed 2190 cals and burned 943 through workout =)

This morning I was planning to go for a run but the smog was so bad that I slept in and hit snooze for about an hour until I finally woke up and did the cardio section of my Women's Health DVD and burned 214 Calories. After my workout I had 1 Scoop of LMM. For breakfast I ate a Nature Valley Trailmix Bar with my usual iced Coffee. At the gym I did the Circuit for 40 Minutes with a 5 minute stretch and burned 347 Calories.

Lunch was a Bean Burrito made with a WW Wrap, my home made Black Beans and Guacamole with Part Skim Mozzarella and Lays Light Potato Chips on the side...

I am really loving these WW Wraps! In fact I am using another one today for dinner.

I feel nap coming =)...have a great day!
