WOOHOOO IT IS FRIIIIIIIIDAY! Thank GOD! Besides having a horrible migraine, I am super happy today. Maybe because I had another great run this morning or maybe because it is a beautiful day in the neighborhood OR maybe because I am supposed to be going to a Mets game tonight in the new Citi Field Stadium...whatever the reason may be, I will take it.

Eats and Workout:
For Lunch ayer I had a cup of my usual black beans with a side of grapes

When I got home, I snacked on some Pepperoni

For Din din I had a Smoothie made with 2 scoops of LMM and Frozen Strawberries

I was still hungry later in the evening so I had a Nature Valley Trailmix bar even though it was Protein Day...

I didn't workout last night because I was feeling a tad sluggish and plus I was on the phone with an old friend for about 2 hours and that took precedence over a workout. I have not spoken to him in over 2-3 years and we had a lot to catch up on.

This morning before my workout I had a mini Banana
(I have been trying to take pics of this, that are not so well ya know "suggestive" lol)

After my workout I had 1 scoop of LMM

For Breakfast I had Kashi Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal mixed with Grapes and my usual Coffee

My run was amazing today; the weather has been considerably cool for July which makes running easier. I did some research on breathing techniques for runners ayer and I think it helped me today =) I was able to keep a steady pace and keep my breathing in check. After my run I did some stretching and abs and burned a total 644 Calories.

I hate typing with a migraine, it took me 40 minutes just to get this right...I hope I feel better by this evening, if not I might skip the game. I don't want to bring anyone down if I am out of it.

Oh I almost forgot my Weigh In...I was going to skip it today since it it is TOM but did it anyways and I am up .4lbs...not that bad.
