TGI THURSDAY!

WOOHOOO SHORT WORK WEEKS ARE THE BEST! I am so happy! Not only am I off mañana from my 9-5 but I am ALSO off from the gym on Saturday! YAY (((((PERFECT STRANGERS HAPPY DANCE)))))


Did I tell you about the Parrot in my neighborhood? About a week ago, a Parrot began hanging around my window and he is soooooo LOUD! all morning all I hear is AWK AWK AWK...my friend was like are you SURE it's a Parrot? HM YEAH! he is Green and HUGE....well this morning my little Parrot returned and now he made a friend! so now I have TWO parrots hanging on my window (that sounds like a nursery rhyme ha)


Eats:
Ayer for Lunch I had a cup of Black Beans mixed with Sweet Potato, Onions, and Peppers. And Grapes on the side



When I got home I was Starving, so I had 2 Tbsps of PB



For Dinner I made a Smoothie with 1 scoop of Light Muscle Milk and Strawberries and a plate of Part Skim Mozzarella, Grapes, and Pepperoni
(90210 is always on my tv)


This morning BEFORE my workout I had 1 scoop of LMM



For Bfast I just had an orange, Oikos Honey Yogurt (God I love this) and my usual coffee (iced)



WORKOUTS:
Ayer I did 50 Minutes of abs and burned 249 Calories. This Morning I did My Warm up, Cardio, Upper, Lower, Core, and Cool Down of my WH's DVD and burned 502 Calories in 65 minutes.


As you can see this morning I had my LMM before my workout because ayer when I was listening to Jillian's show she said we should ALWAYS eat before our workout. The problem is, I work out the minute I get up but she says we should wait at least 30 mins AFTER we eat to workout so the food is absorbed and we have more energy. I waited 10 mins because I can't sit around for 30 minutes since I have to go to work. I ended up feeling sick though, well not SICK but I felt icky. I could feel the liquid bouncing around my belly. I know a lot of people out there workout in the morning too, do you eat right before your workout and if so what do you eat??? I was thinking of perhaps having a tbsp of PB and see how that works. Or should I just follow what I have done in the past and just workout without eating? Your thoughts....
