Another Rainy Day...

Today is a Perfect day to stay home and do nothing =) and I love that it's Sunday and that is EXACTLY what I am doing lol...

I missed Yoga again today, I had no urge to go outside in the rain, it didn't feel very "zenful" lol..I am becoming a Yoga Dropout "insert beauty school drop out song here and replace beauty school with yoga" ha

Eats and Workouts
I managed to motivate myself ayer and did 40 Minutes of my EA Active Workout Challenge and burned 255 Calories and then I did 30 minutes with my Wii Fit and burned another 158 Calories. For Din Din I made another huge pot of my fabulous Black Beans and used some to make a Black Bean Burrito with Home Made Guacamole and Part Skim Mozzarella in a WW Wrap; what can I say I am a creature of habit. After dinner I had SF Jello Pudding with Strawberries, I didn't take a pic because the last time I did it looked yucky. I also snacked on some Peanut Butter.

This morning for Breakfast I had Fiber One Pancakes with Light Syrup, Strawberries, 2 Turkey Links, and my usual Iced coffee.

I did EA Active Challenge again today and burned 316 Calories and then I did abs and back and burned 211 Calories. April, thanks for another great workout! If your looking for a great ab routine, check out her video

For lunch I just had a repeat from ayer lol...I have to use these buns up =)

    How many reps did you do? I have a hard time with the crunch with leg raise on the ball- I almost fall everytime!

  3. I got caught in the rain on the way back from the gym and then the dark weather was so depressing that I went to H+M and bought some new clothes. There's something about spending money on frivolous things that always makes me feel better ;). I love what you did with your burrito...sometimes being a creature of habit isn't such a bad thing! I eat the same breakfast EVERY DAY but I love it and am damn proud of it.
