Once again thanks for all the positive comments on my last post!
Eats and Workouts
Ayer my niece and I ordered Greek Food again! what can I say, we love it lol...This time we ordered the Gyro Platter which comes with Salad and French Fries. I ended up eating the Salad (no dressing) and Gyro Meat with some Tzatziki Sauce on the side and of course I had to steal some Fries lol
Later in the afternoon we were craving something sweet and when my coworker mentioned he was stepping out, I asked him to make a special trip to "Ralph's"! My niece had a Rainbow Ice but I just had to get my favorite which is the RAINBOW COOKIE SHERBET! omg this is pure heaven on my lips. I swear I could eat this every day
For Din Din I was not really hungry so I just had a smoothie with 2 scoops of Light Muscle Milk and Frozen Strawberries.
Before Bed I played with my Wii Fit and did some Hula Hooping, Step, Yoga, and Balance routines and burned 144 Calories in 40 minutes. I was not looking to burn a lot of Calories, I just wanted to do some type of activity before heading to bed.
This morning before my workout, I had 1/2 of a Banana
Then I did 30 Day Shred Level 3 and Jillian's Kickboxing and burned 442 Calories in 55 Minutes.
After my workout, I had 1 scoop of LMM
This morning all I could think about was Breakfast, actually I have been thinking about it since last night! Before bed I read Sarah's blog and I knew I had to have this too! http://seesaraheat.wordpress.com/2009/08/06/r-i-p-john-hughes/
Hmmm did I have PB for Breakfast???? hmmmmm
NOPE! I had OATMEAL IN THE PB JAR!
OMG this was the best breakfast EVER! I wish I could have almost empty jars all the time, just to have this. I also tossed in the other 1/2 of my Banana =) ...THANKS SARAH, YET AGAIN!
Off to decide what to have for lunch, I think Hailey wants pasta...hmmm
