I Am Hooked...

Hey everyone! I hope you are all having a great Monday! Well as great as a Monday could be lol . I feel a tad sluggish today; I barely slept at all last night. Whenever I take a nap during the day, it is hard for me to get a full nights sleep. My alarm went off at 6am and I got up but then went right back to bed lol...my body was NOT in the mood for a workout; I didn't roll out of bed until 8am. Usually I don't listen to my body but instead to that little voice telling me "you're going to regret it if you don't workout" but today, my body won.


I am hoping to do Boost Your Metabolism when I get home (now that I said it, I HAVE TO DO IT hehe)


Eats:
Last night for Din Din, I had Breakfast =). I was craving this bowl allllllllllllll day! It consisted of Kashi Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, and a Banana. Sarah, I think I am hooked! Next time I might add some Chocolate Syrup =)




For Breakfast I had a 100 Calorie WW Bagel, with 1 tbsp of PB, and 1 large chopped Strawberry with my usual (iced) Coffee

For Lunch I am eating a WW Wrap with Fried Shrimp, Lettuce, Pimentos, Artichoke Hearts, and Mayo Basil Pesto on the side

  1. Haha, I had the same thing! I actually took a pic this time too, you'll see it later ;-) I added just a few chocolate chips the other day and it is fabulous.

  4. I am actually searching for a book at the moment: "If Buddha Came To the Table," I think it was. Another book that I read that's inspired me to search for my soul as opposed to my success is "Overcoming Overeating". I can't wait to explore your blog some more!

  5. Haha, I hope you DID do the Boost your metabolism thingy! And funny, we got hooked on the same exact bowl of oatmeal! Great minds think alike. I'm eating that (but double portion) for dinner soon!
