Eats and Workouts:
Ayer when I got home from work I did the final day of my EA Active Challenge and Jillian's Kickboxing and burned 581 Calories in 70 minutes. I think I am going to start the Challenge again =) I like turning it on and have a workout already planned out for me
After my workout, I made myself a Green Monster which consisted of Spinach, 1/2 a frozen Banana, Frozen Strawberries, 1 scoop of Vanilla LMM, and PB
This morning my alarm went off at 6am and once again I hit Snooze until 6:15 but this time I dragged my bum out of bed. I had a 1/2 a Banana (not pictured) before my workout. I got dressed and jogged/power walked for 40 minutes and cooled down with 10 minutes of Yoga Stretches and burned a total of 454. Note to Self: bring a freaking tissue with you when you have a runny nose! Between my eyes itching and my nose running; I thought I was going to just quit and go home lol
After my workout, I had 1 scoop of LMM
This morning for Breakfast I had (do I even have to say it lol) Kashi Oatmeal with 1/2 a Banana and PB with my usual Coffee
Lunch Preview: I am going to out to eat with my family this evening so I decided to have a light lunch today. I made myself a Green Monster (the same ingredients as the one above) to have later.
We are going to go eat at PF Chang's, so of course I have to sit here and study their menu for the entire day lol. Do you guys look at menus before you actually go the restaurant? I tend to do this whenever I can lol...
