Hey everyone! I hope ya'll are having a great day =). My day has consisted of a lot of ZZZZZ's...I thought I would be feeling better today but I am actually feeling worse. I am supposed to go back to work maƱana and I am hoping I wake up at least 80 percent better ((((fingers crossed)))).
Eats
This morning I was inspired by April's (Foods of April) delicious bowls of Yogurt etc. and decided to make my own yummy bowl with Oikos Honey Yogurt, PB, 1/2 a chopped Banana, and Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips. This tasted and looked so delish that I had to post two pics.
For Lunch I had a cup and a half of Lipton Soup and paired it with a simple "grilled sandwich" which consisted of a WW Wrap, 1 slice of American Cheese, Part Skim Mozzarella, and a little bit of Marinara Sauce. This honestly took me like 3 minutes to make and it tasted amazing! I am going to make this again very soon. After lunch I had Breyer's Strawberry YoCrunch Light. The jury is still out on this yogurt lol.
For Dinner I made another Green Monster; this time with Spinach, 1/2 a frozen Banana, frozen Strawberries, 1 Scoop of LMM and Splenda. It tasted pretty good...what are some of your favorite Green Monsters?
Oh and I snacked on Toll House chocolate chips during the day =)
I was planning to workout today but I don't think that would be a great idea since I feel so weak.
