Snooze or Dismiss??

I have no idea what happened this morning, I swear I hit Snooze but my alarm never went back off and I didn't wake up until 7:45 OOPS...I guess I needed the sleep. For some reason I am feeling run down again; I spent most of the day sneezing ayer and blowing my nose...this change of weather is really screwing up my body.



Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I was craving a Philly Cheese Steak but minus the meat; I just wanted the Onions, Mushroom, and Ooey Gooey Cheese lol. I ended up making my own with Onions and Mushrooms sauteed in EVOO, then I tossed it in a WW Wrap with 2 Slices of Kraft American Cheese and grilled it on my skillet





This was delish!


Later in the afternoon I did EA Active and some Abs and burned 395 Calories in 55 minutes.

For Dinner I had Lipton Soup since I was feeling sicky.


This totally hit the spot =)

Oh and I also snacked on PB with Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips (no picture)

Before bed I had a cup of Wild Berry Celestial Tea while I watched True Blood...Does anyone else watch this? I freaking love it! I cant wait to see the season finale in two weeks...it will be bitter sweet

This morning for Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with PB and 1/2 a Banana and my usual Coffee

When I get home later I will do EA Active and one of Jillian's Workouts (now that I said it, I HAVE to do it lol)
