Hey everyone! So the ice cream won the battle but I refuse to believe that one day I won't be able to keep ice cream in my house without over eating it. So yes I lost last night but I won't keep losing! Moving on...
Ayer for Din Din I was craving a Tuna Melt but chose to make it into a Panini. I mixed together White Albacore Tuna, Chopped Onion, Mayo, Spicy Mustard, Lime Juice, and a Packet of Splenda. I scooped it inside a WW Wrap and added a slice of American Cheese and cooked it on my skillet. For dessert I had Chobani Honey Yogurt (they were on sale 5 for 4). I came to the conclusion that Oikos Honey tastes better than the Chobani when you eat it alone. I ended up adding a tspn of PB to the Yogurt.
I snacked on 1/2 bag of 100 Calorie Kettle Corn Popcorn while I watched the Lifetime Movie Network lol.
This morning for Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with 1/2 a Banana, Toll House Milk Chocolate Chips, and PB followed by a cup of Wild Berry Celestial Tea.
Oye I keep sneezing; I can't seem to shake this virus lol...at least I have Classic 90210 episodes to keep me entertained..time to watch Kelly overdose on diet pills lol...gotta love the 90's
