Converting Car Wash?????


Hey everyone!!!!!!!!!!! I hope ya'll are having a great weekend =). I had a pretty nutty Saturday...it all started on Friday night when my phone went nuts on me and the dial pad stopped working which really worried me since I have to use my cell to blog on the weekends. I ended up calling Sprint from the Gym on Saturday and they helped me fix it but I wanted to run to a Sprint Repair Location so that they could run a diagnostic just to make sure. I ended up spending around 2 hours just to find out that it was okay.

On my way home, I passed a Free Car Wash a few blocks from my house which I assumed was perhaps a Sports Team or School doing a fundraiser but hmmm not so much. It ended up being a Mormon Church. The whole time they were washing my car, I had a girl who looked just like Kelly Clarkson; preaching to me. I have nothing against organized religion but I think that was pretty sneaky. I tried my best to be very polite but the whole time she was talking, all I could think about was lunch...it was already 3 and I was STARVING. I ended up walking out of there with a washed car, a Holy Bible (which I wanted), The Book of Mormon, and Brochures. She asked for my phone number and I didn't want to be rude so I gave it to her and then she asked for me to come to Mass but that was when I had to put my foot down "Sorry my only day off is Sunday which is when I find my spirituality through Yoga". It WAS nice to see young people do some good but honestly it felt like a "cult" to me. I am not trying to offend anyone but it just felt awkward... maybe I was just really hungry! Lol

Eats and Workouts
Ayer before heading to the gym I did Less is More Cardio on Exercise TV and burned 303 Calories. For Breakfast I made a Green Monster with Spinach, Oatmeal, 1/2 a Frozen Banana, Chocolate LMM, and PB.

When I finally got home, I was in no mood to cook so I just had bowls of FrankenBerry with FF Milk. I grazed for most of the day on Cereal, Lil Drumsticks, and Honey Wheat Pretzels. I didn't even make a real dinner lol.

This morning it was pouring so I just stayed home and made a yummy bowl of Oats with PB and a Banana with my usual Coffee. After my food digested, I did Power Pilates and Yoga Sculpt on Exercise TV and burned 282 Calories in 55 minutes.

After my workout I made the yummiest bowl of Pasta! First I sauteed Onions and Mushrooms in my skillet while the Pasta cooked. When everything was done cooking, I tossed it all together in a Pot over medium heat and threw in some PB, Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, and Crushed Red Peppers. OMG this tasted sooooo amazing. I got the recipe from the October Issue of Women's Health but I made some tweaks.

I was planning to stay home but the rain let up and I had to run some errands which included picking up some Feta Cheese that my dad got me at BJ's and some Donuts that his mother-in-law brought me ( I already had one...three more to go lol)

Right now I am relaxing, watching Charmed and reading some magazines while I think about what I am going to make for din din lol
