Cupcake For Dinner?

Hmmm so much for Protein Day... Ayer started off great but then it took a turn for the worse. Well let me clarify; it would not have been "bad" on any other day but since it was Protein Day...it was kind of bad...let's start from the beginning.
Ayer for Lunch we ordered from Press 195 and once again I got the lunch special but this time I had a 1/2 a Salad and Soup.
The Salad had mixed Greens, Marinated Chicken, Bacon, Sliced Egg, Avocado, Tomato, Onion, and side of Roasted Garlic Spread.

I also got the Beef Stew again...



After work I went to my dad's house to pick up my sister and niece and spend some time with my little sisters. This is where it all started...the minute that door opened I got a sniff of cake baking and frosting cooling. My dad's wife has a Cake business and makes the most amazing and delectable pastries which I am a sucker for. I sat there for about and hour and tried to resist it but then my nostrils opened and I got a sniff of fresh cake batter mixing and I could not help myself and ran to that kitchen. One thing that I love more than Cake is Cake Batter!



I licked that bowl like I was a starving child in Africa lol

The plan was to save my Red Velvet Cupcake with Cream Cheese Frosting for Breakfast today but I ended up eating it for Dinner, last night



I don't think that having dessert for dinner is bad once in a while but definitely not on Protein Day lol. This tasted so freaking good!

Old School
When I got home I decided to do this workout from Self http://www.self.com/fitness/workouts/2005/12/make-over-your-upper-body-slideshow
Self sends me daily emails and when I got this email ayer and saw THAT workout, I got a tear in my eye. This was the first workout I did when I started my weight loss journey back in 2005! I warmed up for 5 minutes and did 2 Sets of each workout and then did 5 minutes of Abs and burned 201 Calories.
TODAY
This morning I did EA Active which included Bicep Curls, Bent Over Rows, Tricep Kickback, Upright Rows, Shoulder Presses, Lateral Raises, and In line Skating which is Jump Squats. I then did 15 minutes of Jil Jil's Kickboxing and 5 minutes of Stretch and burned 435 Calories.
After my workout I had 1 scoop of LMM


And for Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with PB and my usual Coffee

UPDATE! I just found out that it is National Cupcake Week! Now I am feeling GREAT about my dinner last night!!!!

Do you think it is okay to have Dessert to replace a Meal, if you stay within your allotted Calories for the day?
