First Day Back AND It's Friday! WOOHOO

Hey everyone! we have soooooo much to catch up on. Remember ayer was supposed to be my first day back to work, well on Wednesday when I was on my way to my mom's house, the "check engine" light came on and I went to my regular mechanic, they gave it a once over and told me that I needed to replace some other ish and for me to come back on Thursday because they were too busy. I decided to go to my dad's mechanic instead ayer, and he told me that the other mechanic basically did a crappy job when they replaced the engine, and that It would cost me around 300 dollars to repair it. My dad and end me ended up getting all the parts I needed and by 3pm my car was fixed. This car is turning into a bad relationship that you can't seem to let go because you are scared you wont find someone better ha.

I have sooooo many eats to report on so let's get down to business...On Wednesday while I was at my mom's house, I had a Green Monster for lunch. It had Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, PB. and Vanilla LMM.

Ohh and check out the other Container that my mom got me...they are twins lol

I snacked on Honey Wheat Pretzels while I was there...I love these

For Din Din my mommy made Mangu (mashed Plantains) with Puerto Rican Sausage (my fave) and Onions. This is a typical Dominican dish....
Ayer when I woke up, I had 1/2 a Banana and before heading to the mechanic I had a bowl of Honey Oikos Yogurt, PB, and 1/2 a Banana.

While at the Auto Shop, I had another Banana

When we finally got all the parts, my dad and I went back to his house and had a very nice lunch. His wife made a Greek Salad, with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Feta Cheese, Oil, Vinegar

We all enjoyed this, including my little sister =)...look at that head of HAIR! I love that it is sooooo wild

My dad threw some Steaks on the grill and I had one piece with more Salad

I kept Din Din light and just made a Green Monster with 1/2 a Banana, Spinach, Oikos Honey Yogurt, and PB

This morning I had 1 Scoop of LMM after my workout and for Breakfast I had Oikos Honey Yogurt with PB and my usual Coffee.

Thursday morning I did EA Active for 40 minutes and burned 300 Calories.
Thursday night I did Yoga Sculpt on Exercise TV and burned 151 Calories in 30 minutes. If you like doing Vinyasa Yoga with a lot of Sun Salutations and Chattarangas then you will love this Workout.
This morning I did 30 minutes of Jillian's No More Trouble Zone, followed by 5 minutes of Stretching and burned 295 Calories

I am having Taco Bell with my sis and niece tonight so I am heading over to their website to check out some options ha...Refried Beans will def be part of my meal!!!!
