GINZA I LOVE THEE!

Anyone who knows me knows that I love Sushi and when I say Sushi, I mean Ginza. This is my favorite Sushi Restaurant and whenever anyone mentions another place, I stick my nose up in the air and say "But are they as good as Ginza". However I deprive myself from eating Sushi in the hot summer days. As much as I love Sushi, I hate having stinky Sushi being delivered to me because of the heat in the car. So for the past 4 months or so, I have not had my beloved Ginza...until today! The minute I called, I was greeted with "MARIA (she thinks that's my name and I don't feel the need to correct her lol) WE MISS YOU ALL SUMMER"

I could not make up mind as to what I wanted to get so I got three different things

First I had a Kani Salad which is Crab Meat, Cucumber, Caviar, with Japanese Mayonnaise

Look at all the pretty colors.

Second thing I ordered was a Liki 4 which is just like a Spicy Tuna Roll but instead it has Crab Meat and Shrimp

And the third thing I ordered (saved the best for last)...GODZILLA! Fried Spicy Tuna, Avocado, Scallion, Masago, Top Spicy Sauce

With the name "Godzilla" this has big shoes to fill and it does not disappoint. Everyone I drag to Ginza raves about how good the Godzilla is.

That black thing was something extra they threw in, I am not sure what it was but it tasted good...I didn't finish everything but I tried my best =)

Oh and one more thing that I love about them is that they adjust the rolls for me. If it is a Protein Day they will make the roll with no Rice and every other time; they only use Brown Rice.
