Eats and Workouts
Ayer for lunch I wanted to try the Falafel (WW) Pita Sandwich from Pita Pan...I really enjoyed it...I love their tzatziki sauce
(look at the french fries...yuuums)
I paired it with Onion rings...I tried to resist them but they are so fresh and crispy, they made my belly smile lol
Life is about balance and since lunch was pretty heavy in calories (onion rings); I kept Din Din light....I had a Green Monster with Spinach. 1/2 a Banana, 1 tbsp of PB, Ice cubes, and water. Next time I might nix the water or the ice cubes because the drink didn't have that much "kick" to it...is it me or does the Green Monster sometimes looks like Slime for Double Dare on Nickelodeon (I am a child of the 80's)...by the way that slime tastes soooo freaking good; I got to try it when we took a trip to Universal Studios when I was younger.
Before Bed I Jogged with my Wii Fit for 20 minutes and then 20 minutes of Yoga stretches and burned 283 Calories.
This morning I slept in and skipped my morning workout (I will make it up later). I had a bad dream and woke up around 2 am and couldn't get back to sleep until much later.
For Breakfast I had Oikos Honey Yogurt, 1/2 a Banana, and 1 tbsp of PB. And my usual coffee.
