Did anyone watch BL last night??? OMG I was crying so much...I wont go into details just in case some of y'all dvr'ed it but the last 15 minutes were very emotional. Or maybe I am just emotional this week because I keep tearing during the new AT&T Commercial with the little girl who lost her dog and everyone starts sending each other TM's and she finds her pup in the end lol..I called my sister "OMG this commercial gets me everytime! it's like a mini movie"
Eats and Workouts:
Ayer for Lunch I ordered a Falafel plate from Pita Pan which came with 5 Falafel balls, a WW Pita, and Tahini Sauce.

This was the first time I ever tried Tahini Sauce and I really liked it. It complimented the Falafels really well since they were sort of bland and the sauce was full of flavor.For Din Din I had a cupcake lol...this time my dad's wife made Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes with York peppermint patties in the middle.
Before heading to bed I did 30 minutes of Yoga while I watched BL and burned 126 Calories. I did a lot Sun Salutations and Chatarangas
This morning I DRAGGED my bum out of bed...It is so hard to get up when it is super dark outside and your roommate looks so cozy in his bed...but I managed to get up at 6:10 WOOHOO
God I love this boy
I did Boost Your Metabolism and burned 501 Calories in 55 minutes. I love this DVD and I love my downstairs neighbor even more for NEVER knocking on my door when I am jumping around like a mad woman before the sun is even out =)
After my workout, I refueled with 1 scoop of LMM
For Breakfast I had Oikos Honey Yogurt with 1/2 a Banana and PB. It is pretty chilly this morning so I threw it in the Microwave for about 30 seconds to warm it up. And I also had my usual coffee.
I love the fall! I have been able to wear two new sweaters, two days in a row woohooo
