Woman on a Mission...

I am on a mission today! Jil Jil was on The Doctors ayer and I am trying to find it on the net lol...did anyone see it? I hope I can find it...they don't seem to have full episodes on their website grrrrr

Eats and Workouts:

Ayer After lunch I had Oikos Honey Yogurt

I also snacked on PB during the day..

For Din Din I had 1/2 a Sweet Potato roasted in EVOO, Salt, Garlic, and Lemon Pepper with Asparagus roasted in EVOO and Salt and 1 Morningstar Farms Chicken Tender with Feta Cheese Sprinkled on top of everything.

For Dessert I had Jello SF Pudding


This morning I did Less is More Cardio on Exercise TV, EA Active, and Stretch and burned 548 Calories in 65 minutes...my bum is so sore from all the Lunges and Squats that I had to do. AND my core is still sore from the Pilates I did on Sunday! I love that feeling lol


After my workout, I had one scoop of LMM



And for Breakfast, I had Kashi Oatmeal with 1/2 a Banana and PB, with my usual coffee.

Sorry for the crappy pics; for some reason the setting on my camera was on Portrait and not on Close Up which what I usually use to take pics of my food. It's crazy how much you can notice the difference

BTW I think I am getting OLD! I was in bed at 8pm last night...but didn't knock out till around 9ish; I was reading blogs and magazines lol
