All Stretched Out

Happy Saturday =)

Remember when I said that I hoped I had a slow day at the gym today and had no appointments... Hmmm not so much. I had a first workout to do with a new member and another lady was coming in to sign up AND we got a new Stretch Machine which I had to show everyone how to use. I feel like Gumby right now lol. I must have stretched for 2 hours on and off. This machine is pretty cool though; it's like a jungle gym for grownups =)

After work I met up with my family at the Cemetery and planted flowers for my grandmother. While we were there I  was attacked by mosquitos to the point that my niece said "Omg titi your face is so bad". My mom brought me some Benedryl because I basically broke out in hives =(.

Eats and Workouts
Ayer for lunch I had Sushi from Ginza. I had a Liki 4 roll which is like a Spicy Tuna but with Shrimp and Crab Meat and I also had the Godzilla roll yuuuums. 

For Din Din I roasted 1/2 a Sweet Potato in a little bit of EVOO, Splenda, and Salt; roasted Mushrooms and Asparagus in Evoo, Garlic, and Salt with PB, Feta Cheese and a Morningstar Chicken Tender. For dessert I had a Drumstick Lil Drum

This morning I did EA Active for 30 minutes burned 175 Calories. For Breakfast I made a Green Monster with Spinach, 1/2 a frozen Banana, PB, Chocolate LMM,  and 1/2 a pack of Kashi Oatmeal. At the gym I did the Circuit and Streched on the machine and burned 331 Calories. Have you ever stretched with a room of people staring at you??? I have lol

While driving to meet my family, I snacked on Quaker Mini Delights. We are giving out Membership Appreciation Gift Bags to the ladies and this was part of it. I also had some bites of my mother's Arepa with Cheese (no picture).

For Lunch I made WW Pasta with Onions, Mushrooms, Asparagus in PB, Sesame Teriyaki Sauce, and Crushed Red Pepper.

It is pouring right now so today feels like a dvr night =). Have a great evening!
