Amy's Burrito


Hey everyone! I hope you guys are having a good Saturday =)

Mine started off with a fabulous workout before heading to the gym. I did 30 minutes of Turbo Jam Cardio Party and burned 293 Calories.

For Breakfast I made a Green Monster made with
Spinach
1/2 a Frozen Banana
Chocolate LMM
1/2 a packet of Kashi Oatmeal
Peanut Butter
Splenda

This has to be my favorite Green Monster Combination

While at the Gym I did the Circuit and then was doing abs with a member/friend who brought in this Ab Wheel thingy. But then the owner of the gym called me because she was watching us from her home via the camera at the gym and told me she didn't think it was a good idea for members to bring in their own equipment which really sucked becaue I was really enjoying the workout. I might pick one of those suckers up. We cooled down with a nice stretch and I burned 437 Calories.

After work, I came home and gave Koko a bath and then waited for the cable guy. I was starving and decided to try Amy's Bean, Rice, and Tomatoes Burrito (they were on sale 2 for 5 dollars at the supermarket). After I threw it in the oven, I noticed that it had to be in there for 50-55 minutes! "GASP". I tried to keep busy by putting up my Halloween Decorations and reading blogs which only made me crave Pumpkin lol.

An hour later I finally got to eat my Burrito and wow I was impressed. This did not taste like a frozen meal; I felt like I was eating this at a Mexican Restaurant. I will pick these up again and will try some others too. Which are your favorite?

I ended up having a side of Pumpkin with the Burrito and seasoned it with Splenda, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, and Vanilla Extract. And for dessert I had PB mixed with Chocolate LMM...I got this idea from April from Foods of April =)

I am off to make Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes for my family. Have a great night!
