Pardon all the pictures of my Frittata but this is the first time I made it and just had to "snap away". I was reading blogs ayer and it seemed like Frittata was the breakfast for the day but unfortunately, I never got the memo =)
I went on allrecipes.com and came across various recipes and pretty much combined them and made what I thought I would like.
First I sauteed 1/2 a Potato, Asparagus, Mushrooms, and Onions in Salt, Evoo, Garlic, and Paprika. I then tossed it into a pan and poured 3 Egg Whites mixed with FF Milk, and topped it with American Cheese. I baked it for 20 minutes and breakfast was served =)
I loved how this came out...it was so fluffy and packed with flavor. I can't wait to try new recipes. What do you like to add in you Frittata????
When I was making this, I could hear Sophia from Burp and Slurp saying "mmmmmmm" ha. The girl loves anything with eggs.
Workouts
Last night I did Step with my Wii Fit for 55 minutes while I held 3lb weights and burned 417 Calories. This morning I did Biggest Loser Cardio on Exercise TV and 25 minutes of Arms with 8lb weights and burned 358 Calories.
