PUMPKIN PANCAKES (PANCAKES PANCAKES) TALKIN' BOUT MYYY PANCAKES (PANCAKES).
It is a coooooold and rainy day (again) in NYC but yet these pancakes make it all better lol. I made these last night, and just popped them in the microwave this morning with PB, 1/2 a Banana, and Lite Syrup with my usual coffee on the side. I have a question... Is it bad that my Breakfast is a little over 500 calories (including the ff Milk in my coffee)???? Especially since I want to lose weight??? I feel like it might be too much.
Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I had a WW Wrap with Fried Shrimp, Mushrooms, and Marinated Artichoke Hearts and a little bit of Marinara Sauce. I love that the texture of Artichoke is very similar to cheese.
After work I did Turbo Jam 20 minute workout and Namaste Yoga: Flexibility in Back and Hips and burned 272 Calories in 45 minutes. My lower back has been hurting me for the past 2 days, I think it is a combo of the Kettle Bell workout and TOM.
BTW I am trying to master the Crane Pose...wish me luck lol
For din din I had a cup of Campbell's Garden Veggie Soup. For some reason, I liked it more last night; I think it's because I added some water to it and it made the taste a tad more subtle.
This morning I woke up at 6:30 (way too dark in the am!) and did Jillian's Boost Your Metabolism and burned 491 Calories in 55 minutes. I wanted to quit after about 20 minutes but I dedicated my workout to my Grandfather and whenever I wanted to stop I would hear his voice "Tu puede hacerlo mama" (You can do it mama)...he used to call me that =)
I was pretty shocked to see the results last night...all I have to say is THANK GOD I WORKOUT! I didn't wear the Pedometer during my morning workout ayer but did wear it during my afternoon workout and EVEN with that, I only took 3108 steps.
Today I wore it during my morning workout and so far I have taken 4104 Steps. But how accurate is that? hmmmmm
