Mi Casa

Hey everyone! I was inspired by Ann Marie http://hernewweigh.blogspot.com/2009/10/my-own-blogspot.html and decided to do my first video blog. Like I said this is the first time I have ever done this and it's not that great but I just wanted to give you a better sense of who I am. Also, please note that it was dark and rainy this morning even with the lights on, so the quaility is not that great because I used a camera and not a camcorder. I hope you enjoy it =) (if you can see it lol)

BUT Before we get to the video lets just do a fast recap of Eats and Workouts.

As you all know for din din I had left over Tex Mex =)




For some reason (tom) I was feeling VERY snacky last night so I had 2 Lil Drumsticks after dinner...



AND My PB and LMM Combo right before bed



This morning I woke up and did 30 Day Shred Volume 3 and Namaste Yoga; Warrior Pose Sequence and burned 347 Calories in 45 minutes

For Breakfast I had Oikos Honey Yogurt, 1 Banana, and PB with my usual coffee
