Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I ordered Mexican food...I had a Biggest Loser Moment when I placed the order. I had Combo Meal but told them not to give me rice or tortillas (protein day) and just to give me extra salad, beans, and guacamole. It also had Grilled Chicken...this was a very filling and delish lunch
Why mess with a good thing! Last night I was going to have a Green Monster but it was pretty cold and I remembered people saying that adding Spinach to oats is just as good. Well since it was protein day, I decided to replace the oats with pumpkin. OMG this tasted like CRAP. I tried to eat most of it but my body was not enjoying it one bit. In the bowl, I had Spinach, Pumpkin, 1/2 a Banana, Chocolate LMM, PB, and Vanilla Extract. I will never ever ever make this again
A few weeks ago I set some goals for myself and one was to burn 300-500 Calories a day in workouts. But I also had another goal which was that I will listen to my body and not workout when I have no energy. Yesterday I was too tired to do any type of workout and this morning I just wanted to sleep later than normal. In the past I would ignore how my body felt and just push myself but I listened this time and took last night off and this morning I did a short workout. I did Jillian's Kickboxing DVD and burned 279 Calories in 25 minutes.
If you have been following my blog, you know that I have a huge fear of birds, especially birds that are flying around indoors. This morning when I was walking out of my apartment a damn bird flew over my head! I yelled so loud and slammed the door shut. My options were call out sick and just stay home or run like there was no tomorrow. I decided to run ha

Oh and for Breakfast I just had Kashi Oats with 1/2 a Banana, PB and my usual coffee
