Sore...

Wow I must have over done it ayer in the morning because my chest and arms are so sore from my workout which included some Chest Flies, Chest Press, and Reverse Flies. Even doing light cardio last night and this morning hurt me when the "girls" bounced a little lol.

Eats and Workouts

Ayer for Lunch I had Sauteed Eggplant in Marinara Sauce and Sprinkled with Parm and a side order of Artichoke Hearts


For din din I roasted Mushrooms, Onion, and Asparagus in EVOO, White Wine, Salt, and Garlic with 2 Morningstar Buffalo Wings, and a Green Monster with Spinach, 1/2 a Banana, 1 scoop Chocolate LMM, and PB


Last night while I watched Biggest Loser on my DVR, I did 30 minutes of Step with my Wii while I held 3lb weights and then did 20 minutes of Yoga Stretches and burned 322 Calories.

This morning I was in NO mood to workout; I almost took a nap on the couch after I was already dressed in my workout gear lol. I managed to do 30 minutes of Light Cardio with some intense spurts and then 5 mins of stretching and burned 235 Calories. For some reason, I had zero energy, mojo, or umph this morning.

For Breakfast I had Chobani Honey Yogurt with PB and 1/2 a Banana and my usual coffee.


Hey have you guys heard of that new movie "Paranormal Activity"? I am dying to see it! I heard it is the scariest movie this decade!!!!! I might have my sister sleep over if we see it, just in case lol

You think anyone will notice if I take a nap at work lol? I am in serious need of a nappy nap ((((Yawn)))

  1. I feel you girl, I "killed" my legs on Tuesday and I think they hurt worse today than yesterday!

    I love all your veggies, asparagus and artichokes are favorites of mine. I need to load up on some fresh veggies, I've been living off frozen mixes this week :)

  3. I really think naps should be allowed at work, like 20-30 minute power naps. In fact, I think they should be required!! I swear I feel 100% better after taking a 20-30 minute nap!
    I love your side of artichokes, by the way. I'm glad I'm not the only one who eats them straight up, with nothing else! They are so good.

  4. I love the texture of Artichokes; I trick myself into thinking it is cheese ha and they season it with some garlic etc so it makes it extra yummy =)

  5. Love the eggplant and artichokes yum! I know what you mean about being in no mood to workout in the morning. I was like that this morning but my workout clothes were sitting right there so I went anyway!
