I behaved all weekend and stuck to good amount of calories. It was higher than my weekday amount but it was no where near as bad as in the past. I ate around 1700 Calories on both days opposed to 2500+ which I was doing. It feels good to come into work today and not feel like I am starting all over or feeling bloated and having my jeans stop my circulation ha
On that note, let's get down to my Eats and Workouts...I have not posted since Saturday Afternoon so be patient lol
On Saturday night, I had left over Sesame Teriyaki and PB Pasta with Onions, Mushrooms, and Asparagus
For dessert I had 2 Lil Drumsticks (270 calories in total)
On Sunday Morning I had a yummy bowl of Oats with Kashi Oatmeal, 1/2 cup of Libby's Pumpkin, Vanilla Extract, 1/2 a Banana, and PB with my usual coffee
For Dinner I had 1/2 a Sweet Potato, Asparagus, Mushrooms, and Onions roasted in EVOO and seasoning, sprinkled with Feta Cheese and 3 Morningstar Farms "Buffalo Wings" on the side.
Before Bed I did Yoga Fusion on Exercise TV and burned 211 Calories in 45 minutes.
