Success!

Hey everyone! it is Monday and I feel great! Granted I am still itchy from my mosquito bites but besides that, I feel fabulous. I want to thank you for all of your support last week. Whenever I felt weak; I would go back and read your supportive comments and knew that I could do it AND I DID! I know I am too excited about hitting this goal but trust me, THIS IS A MILESTONE lol. I didn't make Monday my official weigh in but I did weigh myself and it had to be the same or less than what it was on Friday and it was =).

I behaved all weekend and stuck to good amount of calories. It was higher than my weekday amount but it was no where near as bad as in the past. I ate around 1700 Calories on both days opposed to 2500+ which I was doing. It feels good to come into work today and not feel like I am starting all over or feeling bloated and having my jeans stop my circulation ha

On that note, let's get down to my Eats and Workouts...I have not posted since Saturday Afternoon so be patient lol

On Saturday night, I had left over Sesame Teriyaki and PB Pasta with Onions, Mushrooms, and Asparagus


For dessert I had 2 Lil Drumsticks (270 calories in total)

On Sunday Morning I had a yummy bowl of Oats with Kashi Oatmeal, 1/2 cup of Libby's Pumpkin, Vanilla Extract, 1/2 a Banana, and PB with my usual coffee

After breakfast I had to run out to Sprint because my phone was acting up yet again and it turns out the problem was my battery. After I finished up at Sprint, I picked up my niece and spent the afternoon with her. For Lunch I made us PB and Banana Paninis on WW Wraps. She loved this!


For Dinner I had 1/2 a Sweet Potato, Asparagus, Mushrooms, and Onions roasted in EVOO and seasoning, sprinkled with Feta Cheese and 3 Morningstar Farms "Buffalo Wings" on the side.

And for dessert 1 Lil Drumstick



Before Bed I did Yoga Fusion on Exercise TV and burned 211 Calories in 45 minutes.
This morning I did 30 day Shred Level 1, 20 mins of jogging with my Wii Fit, 5 mins of Abs on Balance Ball, and 5 mins of Stretching and burned 434 Calories. After my workout, I had 1 scoop of LMM (not pictured)
Once again my local supermarket sold out on Honey Oikos so I had to get Chobani which were on sale 4 for 5 Dollars. This morning I had a Chobani Honey Yogurt with 1/2 a Banana and PB with my usual Coffee


Totally unrelated:
Have you guys seen the preview for that new movie 2012? It is really freaking me out because my ex would always tell me something really bad is going to happen in 2012 based on the Mayan Calender and now seeing this preview really F'ed my head up. Has anyone heard of this? I hope it's like Y2K and nothing happens...
