Ayer for Lunch I had Grilled Eggplant with Grilled Shrimp in Marinara Sauce and asked them to use little or no oil.

But all was not lost because I packed 2 servings of Lasagna for dinner tonight and this weekend AND Bread Pudding which I had for Breakfast this morning
My mom is the best cook out of all of her sisters which is probably why all the "kids" from my generation tend to go to her house for Thanksgiving and New Years Eve
I did not workout last night but I did do the Warm up, Cardio, and Cool Down from my Women's Health DVD this morning and burned 280 Calories in 35 Minutes.
My throat is killing me! Perhaps because it is raining and freezing cold over here...I just popped some Airborne =)
