I am so happy that the weekend is almost here...I can almost smell it ((((sniff sniff)))). Hopefully I don't have any appointments at the gym tomorrow and just get to workout and hang out with our existent clients.

Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch we ordered from Pita Pan and this time I ordered the Cobb Salad which had Tomatoes, Avocado, Mushrooms, Roasted Red Peppers, Bacon, and Blue Cheese. I paired it with Beef/Lamb Gyro Meat

Lunch was somewhat heavy so I kept Din Din simple and just made a Green Monster with Spinach, 1/2 Frozen Banana, PB, 1 scoop of Chocolate LMM, and Splenda.

Later in the evening I warmed up for 5 minutes and then did Power Pilates on Exercise TV and burned 94 Calories and then I snacked on a tbsp of PB hehe =)

This morning I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party and Namaste Yoga; Dancing Sun Sequence and burned 444 Calories.

After my workout, I had 1 scoop of LMM

For Breakfast I had Kashi Oatmeal with PB and my usual coffee on the side.


So far I have been doing somewhat good with my goals that I set for myself last week. I have done Yoga or Pilates 3 times this week and last. I have been staying within a reasonable amount of calories except for last weekend but I am hoping that this weekend will be the turn around that I need. I have burned 300-500 (and sometimes more) calories, each day in workouts. I have tried to remain positive even IF the numbers on the scale is not where I want it to be at the present moment. Ohhh and last but definitely not least...I LOVE LOVE LOVE myself! ha =)
