Can You Hold The Door?

I have this neighbor in my building who is such a piece of sh*t! He is soooo rude and inconsiderate…whenever he is coming in the building or leaving, he NEVER EVER holds the door. He never smiles or say hi, he is just so FO! And the sucky thing is that we have things in common. The other day he was walking in and was carrying a Kettlebell and I was impressed/excited to see someone who is also active in my building but too bad it’s this Dark Cloud. I am assuming that he is just a miserable soul and has nothing to do with me so this post is dedicated to him “May the light in me, Salute the light in you” Namaste.

Moving on to greener pastures aka my Green Monster =). I continued the challenge and had another GM for Lunch ayer with

  • Spinach
  • 1/2 a Banana
  • 1/2 a Kashi Packet
  • 1 tbsp of PB
  • 1 scoop of Chocolate LMM
  • Splenda

For din din I baked an Apple with Cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice, and Splenda and paired it with one Morningstar Farms Chicken Tender.

And as always my “cookie dough” for Dessert. I may have had 1 or more servings of this….don’t judge lol

I skipped a second workout ayer because my lower body was sore and just got some rest. I have to remind myself that rest is crucial.

This morning I did 50 minutes with my Wii Fit and burned 419 Calories in 50 minutes. Someone asked me if you really get a good workout with the Wii Step and honestly it’s like anything else you do. You can ride a bike at the gym in a turtle’s pace OR you can go to a Spin Class and burn a ridiculous amount of calories. It is not the machine that sets the tone of your workout, it is YOU and what YOU put into it. So yea I can go up and down the board like an 80 year old granny or I can haul ass and run up and down like a maniac (insert 80’s Flash Dance song here)

For Breakfast this morning I had a Banana with PB and my usual coffee
