Good Times...

HEY HEY HEY!!!!!!!!!

How is everyone doing? This has been a fabulous weekend and the best part is, we got an extra hour lol.

I will post eats and workout maƱana but for now I will just highlight the best parts of the weekend. Ayer I took my niece and nephew Trick or Treating with my mom, sis, and cousin. My niece was a Vampire Princess and my nephew was a Zombie Doctor...what happened to Superheros and a Disney Princess!? Ha...I think they both looked great.

After trick or treating we had din din at a Dominican Restaurant and then went back to my aunt and uncle's house and hung out until midnight with more family members...it was a perfect day.

This morning I woke up and worked out and then got down to business!

On the menu for the Brunch:
Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, and Potato Mini Frittatas
Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Pumpkin Pancakes
Regular Pancakes
Fruit Plate with Pineapples, Apples, Strawberries, and Bananas
Dark Chocolate Fondue
Milk Chocolate Fondue

Everything turned out great and my family really enjoyed all the food. I was impressed with this batch of Frittatas and the best part is that I have 4 left which will be perfect for protein day!

Time to relax...have a fabulous evening!!!!!

Namaste...

I agree with you, whatever happened to the witch and princess costumes?? Pretty soon we'll have 5 year old girls running around in sexy nurse costumes, crazy. But your niece and nephew look great! Love the FANGS.
