Eats and Workouts
Ayer for Lunch I ordered a Caesar Salad with no Croutons, Dressing on the side and added Sundried Tomatoes, Shaved Parm, and 4 Fried Shrimp
I had a very stressful day at work ayer (Karma for coming in late to workout) and all I wanted to do when I got home was pop in my Garden State CD and do some Yoga (I burned 170 calories in 40 minutes). If you guys are looking for a mellow CD I totally recommend this.
For din-din I had WW Pasta mixed with Sauteed Mushrooms, Onion, and Red Pepper in a PB, Sesame Teriyaki, and Chili Bean Paste Sauce
Quick question: you guys know I switched over to Jif Natural PB, is it normal for it to be watery when you first open it? It says "no need to stir" on the jar so I assumed it would always be smooth when I open it and it has been until ayer when I opened this new jar. It does state in the back "minimal oil separation is natural" so I guess this is normal.
For Dessert I had an Alfajor Cookie
This morning I woke up pretty early and had an amazing workout...sweat was dripping everywhere lol. I warmed up with 10 minutes of Jillian's Kickboxing DVD and then I did her No More Trouble Zone DVD and burned 500 Calories.
