Thank you for all the great tips in regards to my back, I really appreciate them all. I pretty much took it easy and skipped any type of workout ayer including Yoga which was good for my back but not so good for my waist ha.
I slept for most of the day and would wake up occasionally and snack on something and go back to sleep. I snacked on Cool Whip (not pictured), LMM with PB (also not pictured) and Count Chocula
By the time Din din rolled around; I was starved and called Wing Luck for a delivery. I have been craving dumplings ever since I was supposed to go to the dumpling festival but I knew they wouldn't just deliver that, so I also got a small order of Shrimp Lo Mein, and a Spring Roll
This morning I woke up and the SUN WAS OUT and it was only 6:20 woohooo! My back was/is still a little sore so I kept my workout easy and only did 3 mile Start Walking and 15 minutes of Yoga Stretches for my back and burned 412 Calories.
For Breakfast I had 1 Mini Frittata with 2% Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, and Potato, and a Banana with PB and my usual coffee.
